We request your pet's veterinarian contact details to ensure we can act quickly in case of an emergency. This information is used solely for your pet's  safety and is kept confidential at all times.

 Veterinary & Emergency Authorization--For your pet's safety, we require a signed authorization form allowing us to seek veterinary care or make emergency decisions on your behalf if your are unreachable. This ensures we can act quickly and responsibly in urgent situations.

Emergency Contact Information

We ask for an emergency contact in case we are unable to reach you ensuring your pet's care. This ensures we can make timely decisions and keep your pet safe in any unexpected situation.

Key Handling

If you provide us with keys to your home, they are securely stored and labeled anonymously for your safety. We handle all keys with care and only use them for scheduled visits related to your pet's care.

Key Return Policy--Keys can be returned in, by mail, or placed in a secure location upon request. Please let us know your preferred method at the end of service. If mailing is requested, we recommend using a tracked delivery service for security.
